What kinds of studios do you plan and build?
We design studios for news programmes, interviews, panel shows and live events, from a single-camera interview set to a full studio with a separate gallery. The layout, cabling, furniture, lighting and acoustics are planned together, then built and tested before handover. Size and format depend on the programme and the room you have.
Can you upgrade an existing studio rather than start again?
Yes. Many projects replace cameras, lighting or the gallery system while keeping the room and the furniture. We begin with a visit and a review of what you already have, then say plainly what is worth keeping and what is limiting the broadcast. The upgrade can be staged around your transmission schedule.
Do you supply the equipment or only install it?
We supply and set up studio cameras, robotic heads, prompters, vision mixing, lighting rigs, microphones, mixers and intercom. Equipment choices are made against your programme and budget, and we explain the options. If you already own items, we can integrate them where they meet the test plan.
How do you test a gallery before the first live show?
Intercom, vision mixing, graphics, playout, tally and audio are tested together against a written plan, then rehearsed with your presenters and crew. We run the programme format end to end, including the awkward moments such as late guests and graphic changes. Faults are fixed and rechecked before handover.
What should we prepare before the first conversation?
Useful information includes the programme format, how many presenters and guests appear at once, the room dimensions, any photographs or plans, and your target start date. Do not worry if some of it is unknown. We can work from a short description and fill gaps during a visit.
Can you provide a crew for a single day or a full season?
Yes. Our technical crews cover interviews, panel shows and live events, booked for a day or across a season. Crew size depends on the format and the equipment. We agree the roles, call times and kit in writing beforehand so everyone knows who is responsible for what.
How is the work priced and paid for?
Prices are set out on the prices page. After an enquiry you receive a written quotation or confirmation, then an invoice that is paid by bank transfer. Nothing is bought on the website itself, and what is included in each price is stated in the quotation.
What happens if we need to cancel or change an order?
Cancellations and refunds follow our payment and refund policy, which you can read on the site. If your plans change, tell us as early as you can and we will explain what applies to your order and what can be adjusted or moved.
