Ways to reach us about a studio build, a camera or lighting system, acoustics or a live crew.
Write to us about your studio or live show
A first message works best with the programme format, the room or venue, the number of people on camera and your hoped-for dates. Photographs or plans help, though a short description is enough to begin a conversation.

Preparing for a visit or a site meeting
Please contact us before travelling to Bruton Way so we can arrange a time that suits you. A short message beforehand lets us have the right people and drawings ready.
Purpose of the meeting
Do you want to discuss a new build, an upgrade or crew support? Knowing this lets us bring the right engineer and the relevant drawings.
Who should attend
Which producers, engineers or venue staff will be involved? Having decision makers and technical staff together saves repeated conversations later.
What to bring
Floor plans, photographs of the room and notes on existing equipment are all useful. If none exist, we can survey the space with you.
